Delivery Policies

The delivery company which we have hired is specialized in the shipment of Furniture. The delivery company will deliver at the front door ground floor, only. If you live at the second or third floor then you have to inform us first.

For all of our online deliveries, we use carefully selected delivery partners who specialize in furniture distribution. We occasionally run promotions which include free shipping.

If you have purchased an item from our ranges and furniture collections please note that delivery lead times do vary depending on the item availability from the manufacturer.

All of our furniture is delivered by a 2 man delivery team.  Once your order is fully in stock our friendly team will give you a call to arrange a suitable date to deliver your furniture. Any date for delivery of the goods is approximate only. Average waiting time for delivery to our showroom is 5 to 7 working days from the date of your order.

On the day of delivery, the delivery team will phone when they are en route. Please always inform us if you are going to be unavailable on the suggested delivery date, and we will Endeavour to arrange a suitable alternative. We recommend that you always sign with reserve.

Due to the weight and size of some of our products, once the team arrives, it is the customer’s responsibility to move any pets and minors out of harms’ way during the installation for safety reasons. Please be aware it is the customer’s responsibility to check that any orders will fit through doorways, stairwells and staircases.  For all of our online accessories, we use a range of couriers to cater for different parcel sizes and charges vary accordingly.

At present, we are unable to ship items to the following UK postcode ranges: any AB, FK, IV, PH (Scotland), BT (Northern Ireland), GY (Guernsey), JE (Jersey), TR21-25 (Scilly Isles), IM1-9 (Isle of Man), PO (Isle of Wight), ZE (Shetlands), KW, HS, IV3-5, KA27, KA28, PA20-78 and PH31-44. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. We aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours.
